Interview you and people within your company to determine what is needed.
Ask questions about things that need more clarification.
Determine if you need an android, apple, web, and/or desktop application to bring your idea to life.
Sketch out potential application screens on paper or computer to get an idea of what the app is expected to look like.
We use stories to plan our work and break it down into small completable chunks.
This will allow us to give you an exact timeline of when to expect the work to be completed.
Since all the planning is done now we can begin the work to build the application. We work in cycles that are two weeks long. At the end of the two weeks we have a demo that goes over what we have accomplished (more on the meetings below)
This cycle will complete until all the work is done and the client is happy.
We then proceed to test our application to find any bugs and create automation to ensure it is working properly.
This ensures the software is working as expected.
We will then deliver the work and provide all the source code into the storage method of your choosing.
We will be standing by for any additional work for new features when you are ready.
Most of our client’s like our bi-weekly demo’s and status meetings. During these meetings we will go over what we did the past two weeks, what we are doing the next two weeks, and show a live demo of the current work. This allows us to work fast and make sure everyone is on the same page with expectations and results.
